I’ve been doing Facebook Lives for quite some time now.
And there is one MAJOR thing I’ve noticed!
I’ve noticed that if I get off to a fast start on Monday, typically, the week tends to go really well.
However, if I don’t get off to a fast start on Monday, then it seems like I’m behind the whole week.
Have you ever felt that way?
Have you ever felt like Monday is the key day?
If it works well, then the rest of the week goes well, but if it doesn’t work well, then you’re kind of behind for the whole week.
Monday is a psychological starting point.
That’s why we use it as a reference to tell us when a week starts and whether a week will be bad or not.
We all find ourselves saying: I’m going to reset over the weekend, and on Monday, I’m going to start again.
But did you know that you don’t have to wait for Monday?
Take control
You can control this part of your psychology at any time during the week.
All you need to do is pick a time and say:
“At noon, I’m going to reset. I’m going to restart.“
That’s all you need to do.
Usually, I do a three-step process.
First, if I feel like I’m behind, then I will finish up what I’m doing.
Second, I’ll get up and get away from my desk. My goal is to move around and change what I’m thinking about.
Third, I sit down and take care of whatever it is I’m supposed to do.
You can build FRESH starts into your day, too!
I have around three to four fresh starts built into every day.
All have their purpose and help me achieve the best results!
The takeaway
I hope this is helpful!
It’s not a bad Monday, it’s just a bad mindset.
So, if you’re having a hard time starting the week, or your week started off poorly…
Build a fresh start into your day.
It’s really easy to build up to 20 fresh starts into the whole week.
It’s up to you!

“It’s a life saver.”
I actually live in northern VA and I recently read your book ‘Copywriting Secrets’. It would be awesome to go grab a baggie with you next time you visit north VA. Your book has really changed my life, I am now way more confident writing ads and sales pages.
Thank you for breaking down sales page copywriting into digestible steps: Headline, subheadline, video, Problem/Agitation/Solution, bullets with ‘which means’ in them, guarantee, bonuses, and PS.
It’s a life saver.
Again thank you my brother, hats off.”
