This One-Minute Exercise Guarantees Massive Improvement In Any Area!

Have you ever just gone through the motions?

They used to call that “phoning it in” – which means you just do the minimum required because you “have to” do it.

You don’t really put a whole lot of thought into what you’re doing and assume that you’ll get results that are “good enough” to get by.

The problem is in today’s world, “phoning it in” works even less than it used to.

The reality is that if we want to get really good results, we need to practice being “intentional.”

That means just simply thinking about what you’re doing for a few seconds (or a couple of minutes) before you do something.

Asking questions like…

“Why am I doing this? What’s my outcome? How can I create the most value with what I’m about to do?”

Just that little pause, and refocusing, can make all the difference… especially when we’re talking about content marketing or sales messages.

Anything you’re going to put in front of others, take that extra little bit of thought, and intention, because it spells the difference between massive success and mediocre results.

Being intentional is a habit and, like any habit, we can build it up and strengthen it.

By the way…

I’m not asking you to sit down and contemplate your navel for 30 to 45 minutes three times a day with a shaved head wearing floral print sheets and smelling of incense.

What I am saying is develop the habit of closing your eyes and simply asking a question or two.

What am I about to do?

What’s my highest and best outcome in this situation?

How can I create massive value for everyone involved?

Do that, and your results are guaranteed to change for the better on a consistent basis.
