Earl Nightingale is one of my most favorite, leaned a lot from him and other authors he sold through his business – still have a lot of cassettes and used to borrow them from the Library. Thank you for sharing this Jim.

Good stuff!! What is more exciting for me Jim is what is the cutting edge today?? What is revolutionary right now that 50 years from now people will be reflecting back on like we are with Earls words??? I think it is going to be The Biology of Belief by Dr Bruce Lipton. He talks about EpiGenetics and how environment determines cells fate!!!! Well if true……all we are is a collection of 50 trillion cells!!! Figure out success on the tiniest level and rinse and repeat!!! I believe when idiots use how we succeed cellularly, cellular cooperation, we will see how much more we can succeed in business! Look at the world today, right now from a business and economic standpoint….that is what result competing delivers. Want better??? If not there is nothing that can be done for you. Start figuring out how to cooperate and collaborate more and compete less. Look for win/win not I get. Pretty simple stuff like what Earl shared. Truth is always simple. Cya. SP

Hey dude thanks for sharing this and for creating funnel scripts!

I just walked a client/friend through it and she is putting on her first webinar this week! I am about 70% done with my site and FS is a huge part of that, love the product! Earl was a mentor to one of my favorite mentor Jack Canfield.

    Thank again, dude!!

    Aloha

Hi Jim, thanks for posting this classic video with its timeless content. I too have invested a small fortune in Nightingale Conant audio tapes and it is great to get a reminder of some of the founding messages from the world of personal development. On a side note I was really impressed with the way your page automatically jumped to Amazon at the end of your video…how did you do that??? It was really cool.

Great video. Had to watch it twice… first time all I could focus on was what a smokers voice he has, and kept imagining him with a Lucky Strike in his hand, and a Cuban in the ashtray.

He must have thought about cigarets a lot. He became what he thought about and it killed him. It gave him heart disease and resulted in his death. He had the right idea, but couldn’t apply it to his own life.

Thanks so much for sharing this, Jim! This was awesome! I have found in my own life that that is so true that we become what we think. Unfortunately, it has taken me 54 years to discover this. I will watch this video over and over to encourage me as I am developing my new business.

Thank you Jim. Great reminder for anyone in business or just anyone beginning to live their life. The strangest secret reminds me of “You’re The Average Of The Five People You Spend The Most Time With”, Jim Rohn.

What a memorable voice! I changed careers in 1986 from food service to real estate. I was a lousy salesman. I discovered Nightingale-Conant personal development programs. I listened to The Strangest Secret and Think and Grow Rich over and over again until I could recite them word for word. I never became a successful salesman. Instead, I returned to cooking across the country and around the world. I guess I was thinking more about food than FSBOs! Thanks Jim

I could listen to him all day … such wisdom and his voice is so calming.

I super happy you guys enjoyed this… I love Earl too… his voice, the way he teaches… the “put on your big boy pants and quit whining and get to it” attitude. His life story is amazing also… I wish I’d had the chance to meet him.

Many thanks Jim. This brings back memories of Earle’s great wisdom, and the constant supply of similar information from a great business leader back in the 1990’s that led to my becoming involved in Internet Marketing. It just proves “We really do become what we think about”.

Think and grow rich, The Secret and other books like that are based on this “Strangest Secret”.

Seems if everyone is talking about it, then maybe it has merit. Very cool and thanks Jim.

Excellent video Jim, thanks for sharing!

I remember listening to ‘Lead The Field’ (I think that’s the one) on cassette tapes in the car back in the 90s when I came across the world of self-improvement, fond memories.

And I love it @10:12 when talking about the guy watching TV constantly – “I’ve got 2 TVs at home, I’ve also got 2 cars but I don’t drive them around the block for 6 hours every night”!!

    🙂
