Have you ever just decided to hit your workout hard and not warm up beforehand? Not the best choice you’ve ever made, right? It’s always better to give yourself a warmup and to ease into it and to loosen up a bit. I use that same rule for tackling work as well. Start with something easy and work your way up to the more complicated tasks ahead.
Another way that I warmup is by using the wizards in The Jim Edwards Method Premium. Yes, I also use my tools. I can quickly go from blank page to compelling content with little effort. Check it out here: http://jimedwardsmethod.com/

October 8, 2020Great advice Jim I struggle with this wayyyyyyy too many times I would look at a major project and get paralyzed
However, if I cut it into little pieces it feels a lot better
I remember a tedex talk that was called “Inside the mind of a master procrastinator | Tim Urban”
Once again thank you for your great advice and have a great day from your friend Adventago 🙂
