You’ve got to be accountable. If you’re not accountable to yourself, to a system, to a system of beliefs or something, then it keeps you from being consistent in your results. Resulting in having shifting priorities and not going in a straight path. We have to be teachable because no one knows everything! Maybe even most important, we have to be able to adapt quickly in this ever changing world.
