How To Be The #1 Expert In Your Niche – FAST!

When I was in real estate way back in the 1990s, I had no contacts. I was young. I had nothing much beyond a burning desire to succeed.

But what I did have was a book I wrote on how to sell your house yourself. I used that book as a way to get in the door with for sale by owners.

I would literally call them up and say, “Hey, if I had a buyer for your house, would you pay me a commission?” They’d say, “Do you have a buyer?” I’d say, “I don’t know, I haven’t seen your house yet. When can I come over?”

Nine times out of ten I would get an appointment to go over to see the house. When I walked up to the house, I would give them a copy of my book. I would take a look at the house and try to develop a relationship with them. Some of the people listed their house with me, other people bought a new house through me.

I had my little system down pretty well. I didn’t know it at the time, but I had an “in-person” book funnel. The book went in the top of the funnel in the form of leads and out the bottom came money in the form of commissions.

Eventually, I would send every FSBO a copy of my book and then call them up to book an appointment.

At this point, my book was not something cool like what you can do with Amazon and print on demand today. I went down to Kinkos and had it comb bound. There was no perfect binding for your book at that point without hugely expensive printing presses.

One day I rolled up to a house and knocked on the door. A lady greets me at the door and I ask “Hey, did you get the book?” She says, “It’s not a real book!”

I said, “What do you mean, it’s not a real book?”

She said something that stuck with me to this day. She said, “It’s not on Amazon. I looked for your book on Amazon and it’s not there. So it’s not a real book.”

At the time, you couldn’t get your book on Amazon without having a real publisher. So it was kind of a no-win situation with this lady.

By the way, one of the things we teach you inside of my 7 Day Ebook program is 10 different ways to create your own real book. But we also show you step by step how to get your book up on Amazon. Having your book on Amazon is one of the things that makes it a “real” book in the eyes of pretty much everyone on planet earth!

But I’m getting ahead of myself…

Let me give you a couple tips to help you, especially if you are concerned that if you create a book super, super fast, does it actually rate as a “real book.”

If you’re thinking “I want to write a book and sell it to libraries.” Then you have to write that book the traditional way.

That means 18 hours a day at your keyboard, slaving away typing and driving yourself absolutely nuts. Because the problem is, in this case, you’re selling a book.

Let me explain…

The way I do it, and the way that tens-of-thousands of my students have done it is that we don’t sell books. We sell solutions… we sell a result.

When you sell a result, nobody’s worried about being the grammar police or the English Teacher.

When you sell a result, the vast majority of people aren’t evaluating your book by how it’s formatted. They’re evaluating your book based on the solutions you offer and the result they want.

So if you want to be known as an author, I can show you exactly how to do that. It’s very easy to do.

There are 10 different ways to create the content for your book (I show you how to do all of them in my 7 Day Ebook course).

If you want to get published on Amazon, it’s easy. You can get that done in an afternoon.

If you want to create a book to put in the top of your funnel so that you can drive people through your value ladder, you can absolutely do that.

If you want to create amazing bonuses to go with your existing products or services, you can absolutely do this with a book or ebook… it works amazingly well.

Because we’re selling solutions – we’re selling results – we are not selling books!

That is the biggest idea you need to grasp.

And to create a book that sells results, you need three things.

One, you must have great information that provides a result or solution your target audience wants.

Two, you have a professional cover and a well formatted interior for your book.

Three, you put it up for sale on Amazon to make it a “real” book.

When you’re selling a result – you’re selling the payoff – nobody cares about grammar awards. They just love your content and see you as the expert on the white horse who rolled in and saved the day!

If you’re a blogger, if you’re a vlogger, if you’re a coach, if you’re a professional, if you’re a speaker…

If you are someone who would like to be able to hold up a book and say, “Hey, here’s my book. This is what I teach. These are my thoughts and frameworks.”

Then head on over to and I’ll show you 10 different ways to have your book done, published and up on Amazon by this time next week.

The cool thing is I’ve actually done it in less than 36 hours. Literally gone from idea – to published – to for sale on Amazon in 36 hours. And I did it LIVE in front of almost 1,000 people on Facebook!

Creating an amazing book that builds your business is NOT about chaining yourself to the keyboard.

It’s about understanding new strategies and tools in order to get it done quickly.

So if you want to be the #1 expert in your niche, you need a book… and I can show you exactly how to do it.

Head on over to right now!
