I do it every day too. No, it’s not what you think! :-p
It’s a routine to guide your day!
I even have a one-page sheet I use to keep me on track. It helps me get the most done and still take care of my health (mental and physical), using the time when I’m at my best for each activity.
This simple page keeps me focused and balanced. (Hint: I don’t check my email first thing in the morning!) My day is done by 4pm.
I even have a secret sauce activity that takes just a few minutes (I’ve got it down to 30 seconds now) that keeps me super productive so I get the most out of each day consistently.
