How To Stay Motivated In Quarantine
I understand… it might be hard to keep going when everything else in your life has become a pain in the butt.
No toilet paper.
Pantry shelves nearly empty.
Noise and mayhem in the house.
Oh, wait… that’s everyday life if you have teenagers!
But with this whole virus thing, maybe there’s a little extra stress in your life in a few areas. It’s hard to stay motivated for sure.
Here are a few tips to help:
- Visualize what it’ll be like when this is all over and you kept your act together.
While others will be like hungover bears emerging from a booze-soaked hibernation nap, you’ll be 10 miles down the road running at full steam!
- Get into a routine.
Up at the same time. Bed at the same time. Work at the same time. Treat this like a job!
- Focus on solving problems and providing value.
What do people need that you are uniquely qualified to help them with? Focus on THAT.
This, like all other things, will pass.
Keep your act together and the sun will rise again… I promise!
