Hi,
When using scripts such as the short sales letter, I question whether to use first person or second person positioning.
For example… should it be:
“I understand that when I act now…”
or
“Understand that when you act now…”
Another example in bullets might be…
“Knowing I’ve Headed Off DNS Pointing Issues”
…or should it be…
“Knowing You’ve Headed Off Pointing Issues…”
Final Example:
I Understand That When I Act Now, I get Instant Access to “COOLCOM’s Managed Web and Email package”, which includes:
How to Escape The Pain Of Having To Spend Days Or Even Weeks Setting Up My Services
… or…
Understand That When You Act Now, you get Instant Access to “COOLCOM’s Managed Web and Email package”, which includes:
How to Escape The Pain Of Having To Spend Days Or Even Weeks Setting Up Your Services
